By accessing or using the Apex Method digital fitness challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the program.
The Apex Method is a 6-week digital fitness and diet challenge delivered entirely through a third-party training application. No physical equipment is required. Access is granted exclusively for the duration of the 6-week program.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in the Apex Method challenge. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
The program requires a one-time payment of $294, charged in full at the time of purchase. There is no recurring billing, hidden fees, or subscription associated with this 6-week challenge.
We offer a money-back guarantee within the 6-week window strictly for members who complete the program as directed. To qualify, you must log all workouts and meals in the app. Refunds are not granted for non-participation or partial completion.

You agree to use the program and affiliated communities respectfully. Harassment of other members, sharing of login credentials, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
All program content, including workout programming, diet guidelines, and digital materials, is the exclusive property of Apex Method. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any part of the program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Method and its officers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the program or any physical injury sustained during participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Method from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your participation in the fitness challenge.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
